The Shops are process groups held in a container of beauty, exploration, and connection. Each gathering is a lab — curated for the exploration of the world within as much as the world outside ourselves. Some are held in play, allowing discovery through fun, engagement, and laughter. Some are woven together by ceremony, story, sharing, and movement. Yet others gather around beauty, exploring creative mediums ranging from handmade watercolor to wild-fermented baking.
Our ultimate goal is inner knowing, wisdom, and healing. Our immediate engagement is through beauty, fun, and connection — where each person is welcome exactly as they are.

Our engagement with food weaves in cultural exploration, generational wisdom, gastronomical adventuring, and artistic play.

Life circumstances can cast our luminous gifts, creativity, and intuition into the distant background, beyond easy reach. Community PlayShops aim to create a container of safety and delight for adults — gentle reawakening, making space for what has been locked away to emerge in intricate softness of artistic engagement or joyful abandon of somatic games.
We connect with ourselves and each other through the same rich array of artistic mediums and activities — prioritizing inner rhythm, unbound creativity, and a sense of belonging that welcomes every part of who we are.
Though the process and energy of Art-based PlayShops and Games-based PlayShops are somewhat different, both are held in beauty and ceremony, offering a path to embodiment, grounding, a sense of deep belonging and connection to ourselves and our community. Each is an elegant space to look within, breathe deep, and remember who you are beneath all the accumulated weight of living.
